Risk Assessment Form:
How has your development work influenced your final work?
My development has completely changed my final work, in comparison to my initial ideas. I have experimented with a range of ideas before arriving to my final piece. By experimenting so much, with so many different techniques and ideas, I have developed my ideas which has influenced my final work.
I attempted two different ideas which I hoped to make into a final animation, however it wasn't until the final editing stages that I decided to drop one of them, and stick with the other. One of my initial ideas was completely computer generated, whereas the otherone demonstrated a completly different approach, feeling initially quite handmade. Below is a sample of the idea which i decided to drop.
Both ideas were based around shapes, the computer generated animation used 2D images whereas the other used 3D shapes which I cut from card. I created the shapes for the computer generated animation using Illustrator. Below show's all of the original shapes that I created. I then imported these into Final Cut where I applied different transformations and effects.

I created a template, for my 3D shapes in Illustrator. I then printed this onto card and created the shapes for my animation.
